In response to repeated requests for small maintenance repairs in condominium units and homes, Burg Management has assembled a maintenance crew to solve many of your minor maintenance problems.

We repair plumbing leaks, clogged air conditioner drains, change AC filters, door locks, and replace electrical switches and outlets. 

We also have experts to replace common appliances such as dishwashers, disposals, icemakers, washers/dryers, etc.

Painting and minor sheetrock repair is also available.

If you have a repair problem and need help, just call us and we will quickly solve your problem or refer you to a recommended service provider.
